Ensemble Wheel
The Ensemble Wheel places your whole cast on one picture, so you can see the shape of your ensemble at a glance: who is clustered together, who stands alone, and which parts of the wheel nobody covers.
Open it
- Click Characters, then the Group Dynamics tab.
- Choose Enneagram or INTJ-style.
- Choose Ensemble Wheel.
You need at least 2 characters with a type in the lens you chose. If you don’t have that yet, Group Dynamics tells you so and offers a Cast Overview button to go and add types.
Reading the Enneagram wheel
- The nine types sit around the wheel. Each character’s face (their photo, or their initials) sits at their type.
- Faces are coloured by center: Gut, Heart or Head.
- When your cast includes all three types of a trio, a dashed outline joins them: the Competency Trio (1, 3, 5), the Optimistic Trio (2, 7, 9) or the Reactive Trio (4, 6, 8). The legend under the wheel names the characters in each trio.
Reading the INTJ-style wheel
- The INTJ-style wheel is a ring of 8 positions. Each position holds two closely related types; for example, NT holds INTJ and ENTP.
- Positions with nobody on them are faded, so the gaps in your cast stand out.
Group Psychology
Beside the wheel, the Group Psychology cards explain what the shape of your cast means for your story.
- With the Enneagram lens, they name the trios you have, the trios you are one type away from completing (marked “potential”), and the groups that dominate your cast.
- With the INTJ-style lens, they name your main Quadra and interaction style, the temperaments you have, the ones that are missing, and any blind spots.
Long cards open with more › and close with less ‹. If nothing shows, the message reads “No shared groupings yet.” Categorize more characters to see how the ensemble works together.
