Speak into any text field

You can talk instead of type in the outline, too. Fields with a small mic button take dictation:

• Section descriptions (Speak this beat): dictate your beat sheet. See Sections and beat notes.
• Scene notes (Speak scene notes), in the outline and in Dictate: dictate your step outline. See Scenes.

How

1. Click the mic in the field.
2. Speak.
3. Click the mic again to stop. Your words appear in the field and save automatically.

Keep it on your device

You can have these fields transcribed in your browser, so the audio never leaves your computer. Turn on Shield my beatsheet & outline dictation from AI in Settings. See Data security.
